Privacy Policy

How ByteBloom (bytebloom.in) handles the personal information you share with us. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who we are

ByteBloom is an independently operated software development studio based in India. For anything related to your personal information, contact support@bytebloom.in.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

  • Project enquiries: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name (optional), the service you need, estimated budget, preferred start date, project description and any reference link you add.
  • Call requests: your name, email, optional phone and business name, the date and time you asked for, and your time zone.
  • Website audit requests: your name, email, business name (optional), the address of the website to review and what you want improved.
  • Email and WhatsApp: whatever you include when you write to us.

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, traffic sources and clicks on key buttons. It works without cookies and without identifying you: it does not store IP addresses or build visitor profiles, which is why no consent banner is shown. When you send an enquiry, we also record how you arrived (for example, from a search engine or a LinkedIn post) so we know which channels are useful. The demo applications on this site keep their sample data in your own browser and send nothing to us.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, understand your requirements, prepare a quotation, schedule and hold a consultation call, deliver a website audit you asked for, and, if you become a client, to carry out the project and provide support. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How enquiries are processed

When you submit a form on this site, the details are sent to our business email inbox through a form-delivery service (see third parties below). A person reads every enquiry; nothing is processed automatically beyond spam filtering. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled on WhatsApp Business under WhatsApp's own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months so we can respond if you come back, then deleted. Information related to a client project is kept for the life of the project and for up to 7 years afterwards where needed for accounting, tax and legal obligations in India. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time, unless we are required to keep them.

Third-party services that process data

  • Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to serve and secure the site.
  • Form delivery service (Formspree or an equivalent) relays your form submissions to our inbox.
  • Our email provider stores enquiries and correspondence in our business mailbox.
  • Google Meet is used for consultation calls you book; WhatsApp is used if you choose to message us there.
  • Vercel Web Analytics provides cookieless, aggregated visit statistics.
  • Google Search Console gives us aggregated search statistics; it does not identify individual visitors to us.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We choose providers with business terms and do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent for us to contact you, by emailing support@bytebloom.in. We respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it comes into force.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and filtered for spam, and access to our mailbox is protected by strong authentication. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending passwords or payment details through the forms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For the terms that govern projects, see our Terms of Service.
