Included and excluded
Domain and hosting
Not included in package prices. We set both up in your name; a .in or .com domain is typically ₹700–1,200 a year and hosting for a business website is often free or under ₹500 a month. We state the expected costs in your quote.
Maintenance
Bug fixes for anything in the agreed scope are included for 14 days after launch. Ongoing updates, monitoring and small improvements are covered by an optional Care Plan from ₹5,000 a month, cancellable any time.
Third-party subscriptions
Payment gateway fees, SMS or WhatsApp API charges, AI usage, paid plugins and similar services are billed by the provider and are not included unless your quote says so.
Content
Copywriting, photography and logo design are not included unless agreed. We can quote for them or work with what you provide.
Revisions
Each design milestone includes two rounds of revisions. Further rounds, or changes to features already agreed, are quoted before the work starts. We do not offer unlimited revisions, so that every project has a clear finish line.
Payment milestones
Website packages:50% to start, 50% before the site goes live.
Applications and custom software:40% to start, 30% at the agreed mid-project demo, 30% before launch. Larger projects are split into more milestones, each tied to a working demonstration.
Ongoing engagements:Billed monthly in advance at the agreed hourly, daily or monthly rate.
